Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for:

         Shoes and clothing purchased directly from our official website.

         Items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

         Requests made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Socks, undergarments
  • Custom or personalized orders

3. Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
  • One time Exchange is free for orders above 100$; For 2nd time exchange or orders less than a 100$, pickup and delivery fees will apply (Saida area 2$, Out of Saida 4$)

4. Return Process

  • Submit a return request via our website or email within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will contact you and guide you through the process.
  • Refund POLICY IS ONLY for DAMAGED ITEMS and is processed within 7 business days after inspection.

5. Condition Standards

Returned items must:

         Be in original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration)

         Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

         Pass our quality control check before refund or exchange is approved

6. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (CASH) or through Transfer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us through WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping fees
